Sagal Ahmed Shire

I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist in cancer genetics. My interest in Health Promotion led me to pursue a career as a health coach. Throughout this journey, I have become a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
I am passionate ϳԹ making lifestyle medicine accessible and simple to adopt. I have been working with community centres and schools to focus on simplifying health concepts and demonstrate how small but achievable goals can lead to significant wellness improvements. My belief is that living a healthy lifestyle should be affordable, accessible, and simple – seamlessly fitting into each person’s unique context.
